It would probably be easier if I had access to more of the record, but this is what I think is written:
"ut?struken ur förs. för delaktighet ??? inbrott i järnväg vagn i Axtell"
"1 jan. 93?/94? ut?struken för uraktlåtna skyldigheter"
My translation would have to be taken with a grain of salt, as I'm Norwegian and I have some trouble reading some of the words/letters, but I think it's something like this:
"struck out/removed? from the congregation/parish for burglary in a railway carriage in Axtell"
"1 jan. 93/94? struck out/removed? for neglected duty/obligations/responsibilities"

Thank you! The record is found on Ancestry. This was from a church register, Bethany Lutheran Church, and the family lived in Axtell, Nebraska. This was a comment following names to the left. There really wasn't anything else.
I figured out the railroad car but that was it. Thank you again for your help. Rebecca
