Translation needed
Can someone please translate this birth record for Anna Vlazna?
Thank you!
PS is there a way to confirm that the midwife is related?

Date of birth: 18 Oct 1862 (same as the date of baptism)
Baptised by: Fr (Francis?) Pinter, chaplain
Name: Anna Vlažný, catholic, female, legitimate
Father: Jan Vlažný, farmer (or like... crofter?) from Vlkovo No. 6, Hluboká district in Budějovsko. Son of Jan Vlažný, farmer (crofter) from the same house and Kateřina, née Dolejšek, daugther of a craftsman from Jednota u Petra (honestly not sure what is meant by this) No. 8
Mother: Marie, daughter of Josef Voneš, 3/4 peasant farmer (3/4 means he had less space to farm on) from Drahotěšice No. 2, Lomnic district in Budějovsko and Kateřina née Žiška, daughter of a farmer from the same village No. 14
Name and house number: No. 6 "at Vlažný family"
Signature of godparents: xxx - Marie, wife (probably couldn't write, hence the 3 crosses), Matěj Meruňka (not 100%, the signature is hard to read. Meruňka means apricot tho), 1/2 peasant farmer, Vlkovo No. 5
Midwife: Kateřina Vlažná
About the relation to the midwife... Of course it's possible, maybe even the baby's grandma or aunt? But she seems to be the village midwife so I cannot say for sure. There is nothing written in the record about them being related.
