Can anyone please help me to translate this death record of my 7X GG, please? His name is Joao Furtado, middle record.

I can't make out the entire thing but here's a shot at it in Portuguese:

"Em os oito dias do mes de junho de mil seis centos e sessenta e oito, eu o vigario Francisco Machado Fagundes enterrei a Joao Furtado nao recebeu mais o sacramento algo ****** extrema uncao por nao *** senhor no *** por nao *** a igreja capaz de estar nela esta sepultado entre as portas **** no **** da igreja nao fez testamento por **** fiz e assinei dia mes e ano ut supra - o vigario Francisco Machado Fagundes"

It says that on the 8th of June 1668 João Furtado was buried in the parish church, explaining which place inside the church, in this case "portas travessas no corpo da igreja". It states he received his last rites and nothing more. Also states he did not leave a will.
