Can I set up a Ward Group with Family Search Friends or FS Community?
Our committee is wondering if we can set up a ward group where members can coordinate the sharing of ordinance cards, or temple excursions. I'm looking for answers but haven't found any yet. I've tried to add FRIENDS using the "find friends" serach box, but even though I'm using a known user's name, it deosn't show up.

Not sure if this is will help ... but ...
My son set up a ward FS group. He shared the link to their ward Facebook page. Anyone who wanted to participate clicked on link which sent a request to him (admin) which he accepted.

This blog article will give you instructions on how to set up a Family Group for your ward. It is the same process for setting one up for a specific family. Instead you invite your ward members to the group.
