Ordinance Icons Colors and Size are Bad
I just looked at the new pedigree tree view for the first time, as it came up by default. The ordinance colors on the new tree view are terrible. My old eyes cannot tell the difference between the blue and the green ordinance icons. And to make it worse they are smaller then the icons on the old tree view.
On the old tree the green was a light green, which was very different then the blue. Thus it was easy to see people that had ordinances ready to reserve.
Please go back to the colors and size that were on the old screen.

Dear patrons,
Thank you for your observations. We have been working on updating colors across the entire site, and these colors were ones that had been updated, but not fully considered in all of the various contexts they are used. We will be making changes to address this issue.
Gordon posted a solid summary in another thread that feels worth including, here:
We will do the best we can to help ensure that each action will be represented by an easily-identifiable color. Thanks again.

Thank you for working to make sure each icon will be represented by an easily-identifiable color. That will definitely help patrons with poor eye sight.
Thanks.

Nice progress on the icons and colors. I noticed today that the pedigree now looks like this:
Much easier to see the difference between In Progress and Hints and between In Progress and Request.
I see that a person's detail page now has the clock back:
I assume this will be coming to the pedigree views?
That will be welcomed by people who mainly use the pedigree views to find ordinances that they want to share rather than to do personally.

@Norrita Sanders asked in https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/138035/decendency-icons
When i use decendencies to find names for temple work i click on the green tabs which indicate it is ready but the majority of clicks tell me i have to have permission as the birthdates are not 110 yrs old . if you could make those icons a different color then we would not have to clik on every icon to see if the temple work is ready. it is very time consuming to have to clik on every green tab. Make the ones that are not 110 yrs old purple or something to differentiate " temple ready" from "need permission "

Maybe not the correct forum, but in the previous version, when adding a portrait to a person, we could better (or... not as bad) control the image size to fit it in the (already limited) circle available. The new version has a crappy scaling control. And why it has to be a circle? Why not a square which uses more efficiently the area, or a rectangle, or any other shape? And why, if the image has transparency, the background has to be black?
In addition, in the old version, one could sort the gallery by various criteria (alpabetically, latest added, etc.), and search using the titles given to the images. Now, there is no seach option. I have 280+ coat-of-arms in my gallery and whenever I need to pick one I need to scroll the whole colection.
