@SebastianHumrick I found this couple in a family tree in familysearch.org

Leoncio Aman Palacio (1868-1924) and Vicenta Remorosa/Remoraza (1870-1955) the link to that tree is https://www.familysearch.org/tree/pedigree/landscape/GM7G-3K5

This is a link to people making changes to the tree https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/GM7G-3K5

I see your name as adding information but there may be others to collaborate with. Having a specific city would be helpful.

When you go to a local FamilySearch Center you will be able to view the records found in Ancestry.com, My Heritage and other partner sites.

When you pull up his Person information

      https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/GM7G-3K5

In the right hand column you will see Search and under that you can click on partner sites. I clicked on Ancestry and saw the death records. There is quite a bit of information in Ancestry.

Philippines, Select Deaths and Burials, 1726-1957 Death, burial, cemetery & obituaries Record information.

NameLeoncio Palacio Birth1868 Death12 Sep 1924 San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, Philippines

      Here you have a city.

We don’t really know specific areas sometimes, but Léoncio was born in Mauban, and Vicenta was born in Candaba. Léoncio was most likely to live near the Church of Mauban and Vicenta most likely moved in her early years with her siblings.

@SebastianHumrick, which of these are you currently looking for? Identifying one and working on finding the missing information can lead to finding some of the others. I usually suggest picking one you know the most about, or someone who someone you know might have had access to that you can ask more. Personal knowledge is usually the best place to start and then using research aids what we find from the personal knowledge is corrected or expanded. I really like using the My Family booklet, available through Distributions services (https://store.churchofjesuschrist.org/phl/en/my-family-stories-that-bring-us-together/), as a kind of prompt or form when I interview someone who I don't really have a relationship with or is new to interviewing about family history. Usually your bishop or stake president have a few floating around if you don't want to order for yourself. Even just a guess at ages and places can narrow down what historical records might be helpful and where you can find them. The community is really good at helping with those sorts of questions. What you're asking here might be a bit too broad for anyone to really give a good answer.

If you're more interested in having someone else do your research for you entirely, there are many professional researchers who would gladly consult about a possible research query you could hire them for. I'd try looking for genealogy firms based in areas with larger Filipino American communities like major California cities (San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sacramento), Las Vegas, Seattle, and Honolulu. You can also use one of the bigger, general industry firms (Ancestry. com and FindMyPast.com might be the better options because their databases include some collections relevant to Filipino research). The more specific you can be with them about what you know and what you're hoping they will find will be able to find, the better result they can give you in the way they fill the contracted time.

      Hope that helps!

@Emma Blanco What I am attempting to learn about is about the Perfecto and Presentación's ancestors. I have found some, but not a lot of records about them.

@SebastianHumrick That's great! What sort of records have you found? Do you have a location for either of them (I see your original post included birth and death dates). Just one record can tell you about the sort of community they were in, or where they are from, so if you've found more, you're doing ok. Depending on the record, that could give us some clues as to where to look for parents or siblings (who can lead to parents). If you can get as specific as a barangay, that should also greatly help.

@Emma Blanco I haven't really found much documentation on ancestors, only their siblings and distant cousins. The only type of records for finding of ancestors are the Catholic Church Records.
