Tracing my Indian ancestors

My Paternal Great Grandmother was Indian and married a European and adopted an English name (Elizabeth). From anecdotal history, she never had contact with her family after marrying my great grandfather. Whilst I know her father's name - Sook Ram Singh (mentioned on her marriage record), I have no idea what her birth name was. Where can I find find this information?

I have an account on Ancestry, so I went there and searched for Sook Ram Singh. None of the trees were public, but all of them noted that he was born in India. Sonpur, Bihar, India. The owners of the trees would have to be contacted in order to get information on the people in the tree. PaulaAnn

I have an Ancestry.com account & as far as I am aware, the only other Ancestry members who are also interested in finding Sook Ram Singh are distant relatives of my paternal family, one of whom I am in contact with. Having said that, I will take another look because there may be someone (possibly from India?) who I'm not aware of, who is also looking for my GGGrandfather.
