As witnesses were brought in and appeared:
(3) Jacob Kohler, basket maker, whose identity is well known, 25 years old, residing in Schura, District Tuttlingen.
(4) Anna Maria Kohler, née Seeh, wife of Jacob Kohler, basket maker from here?, whose identity is well known, 21 years old, residing in Schura, born on the 10th of January 1867.
In the presence of the witnesses, the registrar asked the engaged couple one by one: whether they declare that they want to marry each other. The engaged couple answered this question in the affirmative and the registrar then stated that he now declared them by virtue of the law to be a legally married couple.
Read aloud, approved, and signed: Christian Kohler | Christina Kohler | Jakob Kohler | Anna Maria Kohler.
The Civil Registrar: Kohler.

(2) the unmarried servant/maid Christina Messner, whose identity is well known, Protestant religion, born on 14 July 1858 at Trossingen, daughter of the deceased Jacob Messner, shoemaker, and his deceased wife Ursula, née Messner, residing at Trossingen, District Tuttlingen.
