This is another of my microfilm finds back when Family Search had actual film. I can't find another copy on Family Search.

I need help with the bolded word. Also can anyone tell me who the clergy is. Feel free to correct any mistakes.

Hello Martha,

You are correct with the word "Ackersleute" which translates as: farm people or tillers of the soil (from Thode, German-English Genealogical Dictionary, page 5).

If the word "Ackersleute" is used in reference to a husband and wife, it would translate as: farm couple.

I am unable to decipher the pastor's signature but the last three letters are the abbreviation "Pfr" = Pfarrer.
