This is a delayed death record for Johann Ludwig Dreisbach, who was killed in action in Russia in July 1943. Note however that the death record at the top is dated 3 May 1946.

The ______ laboratory technician Johann Ludwig Dreisbach, Catholic, last living at Flörsheim Main, Beethovenstraße 5, died in combat on 12 July 1943 in ___ "Malinewer" in Russia.
The deceased was born on 30 August 1911 in Kostheim. (Civil Registration Office Mainz-Kostheim, no. 161/1911).
Father: Mathias Dreisbach, iron turner/lather operator.
Mother: Barbara Elisabetha Dreisbach, née Licht, both residing at Flörsheim Main.
The deceased was married with Elisabeth Dreisbach, née Michels, residing at Flörsheim Main, now at Winterspelt near Prüm Eifel.
Registered on the written notice of the German Agency for the Notification of the Relatives of Those Killed in Action of the Former German Wehrmacht in Berlin dated 10 April 1946. The hour of death has not been determined.
