*(Column 8) Sorry, I can't make out the word marked by ???. In the groom's corresponding entry, it stated he was the youngest son, so this word probably indicates birth order too. The last four letters are "zige" but I can't make out the first three. It doesn't look like "einzige," which would mean only, but I'm just not sure what other word fits here. Maybe someone else can decipher it.

Note also that column 5 and 10 are the same in intent but there are a few more words in column 10, and not because this refers to the bride rather than the groom.

I read the ? word as "einzige" with the last two letters carried over to the next line.
