Find A Will website problems
Just to advise, there is a new version of the index (headed "Beta", but with no other option) that has been causing problems for users.
If you use this website in a search for your relatives' wills, be aware that you might be presented with "0" (nil) results, in spite of there being relevant records to be found. As an example, I am having to search by inputting a WRIGHT surname, as the search engine does not appearing to be recognising (my surname) WRIGHTSON.
Other issues have been reported, so these will hopefully be resolved before the "Beta" heading disappears. In my example, as I say, I have had to search using the far more common WRIGHT surname - scrolling onwards until I (sometimes) reach the WRIGHTSON entries. Quite a pain - and we moan about problems with FamilySearch searches!

Thanks for the heads up Paul.

I thought I should provide an update to my negative reports about the Find A Will website.
Rather impressively, I received a prompt response from the HMCTS Wills Helpdesk, as follows:
"We are sorry to hear about your issues with searching details on our website.
We have made some changes with the page indexing which means you should now be able to find and locate the details you require to place an order.
Please try your searches again."
As far as my specific issue goes, I have made further searches and am now being taken to the correct pages (i.e., the ones with results for my WRIGHTSON surname, rather than for WRIGHT). Reported on Friday and fixed by yesterday (Tuesday).
So, well worth reporting any other issues we might encounter, following the "revamp".
