Need help with the interpretation of a translation
I found four entries in "Drewes in the Book Die Chronik der Drewes". Drewes are my maternal grandparents line.
I was able to extract the text and used DeepL Translate.
This is how the text and the translation for Nr15 came out.

I am still trying to understand the names and/or locations. I assume some are abbreviated.
Can someone explain to me how to interpret this translation - i.e. names of towns, spouses, parents, children, etc.
This will help me reading the other 3 excerpts I have.

(1) It would be helpful if you provided the actual image of the entry.
(2) Are there symbols in the entry such as: *, oo, and + ?
German genealogists use these symbols (as well as others) as a form of shorthand. These three symbols translate as:
* = born.
oo = married.
+ = died.

Here is my interpretation of entry no. 15:
No. 15. (V b). Carl Hinrich Drewes, cottager in Bruch, Parish Öderquart (in 1799) and in Westerende (in 1801); born in Dösemoor on 9 Feb 1760; 1. oo [= married first] in Öderquart on 15 Oct 1784 (or 1789) Margarethe Hülsen, née Mahler; she was born in 1755; she died in Bruch on 25 May 1799 (44 years, 1 month old), [at the time she married Carl Hinrich Drewes] she was the widow of Erich Johann Hülsen in Bruch; 2. oo [= married second] the widower [i. e., Carl Hinrich Drewes] in Öderquart on 19 Nov 1799 Cathrin Stelling; she was born in 1774; she died in Westerende on 16 April 1801 (27 years old, in childbed), she was the daughter of the late Harm Stelling, inhabitant in Bruch. In 1793 Carl Hinrich Drewes befriended/was friends with Catharine Tripmacher, she was the daughter of Hans Tripmacher in Hüll (see the Osten church book, 25 Mar 1793).

My comments:
The numbering "V b" appears to be an internal numbering system used by the author of this book. Note that the four entries numbered 15, 16, 17, and 18 on this page are also numbered V b, VI b, VII b, and VIII b.
Also note that no. 16 on this page is the son of no. 15; no. 17 on this page is the grandson of no. 15; and no. 18 on this page is the great-grandson of no. 15.
The place names recorded in this record are: Öderquart; Bruch; Westerende; Dösemoor; Osten; and Hüll.
The note at the end of the entry is curious and might imply that Carl Hinrich Drewes had a relationship with Cathrine Tripmacher in 1793 in Hüll. You would need to see the entry in the Osten church book dated 25 Mar 1793 to fully understand the meaning of this note.
If you have access to the entire book Die Chronik der Drewes, you should look in the front matter of the book to see if there is a list of symbols and abbreviations used by the author.
The two abbreviations I find in entry no. 15 are:
Ksp = Kirchspiel - church parish.
geb. = geboren = born.
The symbols used in this entry are:
* = born.
oo = married.
+ = died.

Another important shortcut is "Ksp" which means Kirchspiel = parish. So, Bruch Ksp Oederquart means Bruch in the parish of Oederquart.
Käthner is cottager, weiland means deceased
All places named are in an area in Northern Germany called "Land Kehdingen" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kehdingen), which is situated between the rivers Elbe and Oste.

Just FYI, this is the link to the book. I don't have the actual copy. I did not see an explanation of the abbreviations, but I could have missed them.

Because this books has so many Drewes, I found my relatives by searching on wives names. That's how I came across these particular sections.
