Robert Seal_1 I thought one of the Zeißloff's children might include what Hanß Matthies Zeißloff did for a living. A lawyer! Great to add another piece to this puzzle. We have also seen Christoff Schuhmacher, innkeeper before.
Are the Scholl's related to Elisabetha Zeißloff?
Yes. Absolutely. Hanß Michael Zeißloff 1608-1667 and Anna Margaretha Cammerer 1612-1684 were the parents of Schultheiß Hanß Matthias b 1638 and his sister Anna Magdalena Zeißloff. Anna is the mother of Magdalena Weidmann 1691-1761 and Magdalena is the mother of Anna Maria Kammerer 1723-1781 who married Johann Georg Scholl b 1720
Thanks Robert.

You're welcome, Kent. How are the grandkids doing?

Robert Seal_1 They are gone. It was five very long days. One grandchild damaged our new dining room table with a metal truck while on the lap of his father who said nothing. Parents today are very hands off when it comes to raising kids. No harsh words, and little follow through when they tell their children what to do. In any case the parents had a wonderful time in Hawaii which they deserved. We are happy to get back to normal. We are watching grand kids today who are very well behaved and it is a pleasure to have them in our home. Kent

Hi Kent -- I'm glad things are back to normal -- sorry to hear about the dining room table.

Robert Seal_1 No big deal. It is just furniture. I remember when my first wife and I bought a beautiful secretary desk from a model home. My first son took a plastic spoon to the face of the desk. I was upset but since then I've decided it is just stuff. KG
