Finding Naturalization documents in the French Archives

Paul Hadjean shows up in MyHeritage's France naturalizations collection as follows:
Note that the index lists Paul as born in Tehran, Mason County, Illinois, USA, not in Iran.
At the Journal Officiel website, scroll down and click on the last bullet point under "naturalization." On the next page, click on the tab for pre-2016 naturalizations; this takes you to https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/F33626 where it explains that to obtain a copy of a pre-2016 naturalization decree, you must request it from the Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (Dila). Clicking on the contact form link takes you to https://compte.journal-officiel.gouv.fr/pages/contact where you can list the name, date, etc., including the decree number (28271-33) and the reference number (H002-NAT0567292).
I'm not sure why the MyHeritage index states that the original documents may be viewed on the website of Journal Officiel, because the Journal Officiel website itself does seem to indicate the records must be requested by filling out their online form.
