Finding correct parish for Kuchurhan, Odessa Oblast, Ukraine

How can I find the correct parrish for Kuchurhan, Odessa Oblast, Ukraine to find a German Ancestor that migrated to Russia? I need to find a birth/christening record for Wendelin P. Pfeiffer, born about 1859 to confirm who his parents are.

    This sounds to me like a version of "Kutschurgan", which was a district.
