The parents are the local citizen Jakob Scholl and his wife Katharina, née Wertele. Baptismal witnesses are: (1) Andreas Wenz, local citizen and master mason. (2) His wife Margaretha, née Krauß. (3) Christoph Mayer, local citizen and master carpenter. (4) His legitimate unmarried daughter Christina Mayerin.
