On 25 July 1813 at 2 a.m. appeared before me, Louis Hall, mayor and civil officer of Zulpich [Zülpich], the following:
Mathieu Kreutz, age 45, a marshal living in Zülpich, who presented a female child born on 24 July 1813 at 5 o'clock, a child of Mathieu Kreitz and Madelaine Wotter, his wife, also living in Zülpich on Marché street, and to whom he declared the name was Marie Christine. This declaration and presentation occurred in the presence of Misters Barthel Coersheim, age 50, a farmer living in Zülpich, and of Jean Klee, age 45, a day laborer living in Zülpich.
After the document was read aloud, it was signed by the declarant, the witnesses, and me.
Mathias Kreitz
Bartholomaus Coersheim
Johan Klee

The French Genealogical Word List (linked) is a great tool when deciphering records such as this.
