Hello Tina,
The handwriting is quite difficult. What I can read (I took the name Jehle from the index, i can't really identify the letters):
Dom: Rogate sind zum erstenmahl proclamirt worden der erbare Christian Jehle? __ber und _Wittwer?, und die erbare Jungfr. Maria Bierlerin, deß erbaren Bernhard Bierler, Krummholtzmachers zu Altheim Ulmischer Herrschaft? eheliche Tochter
right column: 44 Christian Jehle ___? ♂ d 18 May cop. Hr. Veiel?
Translation:
On Rogate Sunday were proclaimed for the first time the honorable Christian Jehle?, ___? and widower? and the honorable maiden Maria Bieler, legitimate daughter of the honorable Bernhard Bieler, wood bender in Altheim, domination of Ulm?
right column: 44 Christian Jehle <occupation>?, married Tuesday 18 May [1723], Mr. Veiel? <pastor>
My comments:
- Rogate Sunday is the fifth sunday after Easter; in 1723 it was the 2 May.
- Krummholzmacher was a kind of craftsman who produced bended wood for various purposes
- Unfortunately I can't read the occupation of the groom
- Altheim (https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10040029) is about 20 km north of Ulm.

The handwriting is very rough. The Groom is a Weber on other documents I have found. I think that maybe the 1st word on the same line as Wittwer is possibly Weber. The W is the same for both words.
Thank you for your help and the extra information. 🙂

Hi Tina,
I agree, Weber seems quite probable. It's the very expansive W that threw me off... 😲
