First column (birth date , birth place, etc.): 14 February [1781]. Ringenwalde. Son. Note: a soldier.

Second column (body of the record): 309. A son of the local master yarn weaver Joh[ann] David Schulze, soldier of the infantry regiment of Wunsch at B_____?, and rifleman of the company of the C___? Ledewari, from his wife Maria Elisabeth, née Japcken, was born, s? blessed? on the 25th of the same month was baptized.

Baptismal sponsors: (1) Miss Dorothea Luisa? Japcken. (2) Master Ephrain? Hof_? _____?. (3) Mrs. Maria Ba____en, née Schmidten. (4) Mrs. Maria Elisabeth Gerbern, née Zuchen. (5) Master Fridrich Japcke. (6) Mrs. Anna Schulzen, citizen's wife here. (7) Fridrich Frantz, local magistrate. (8) Johann Zülicke, court clerk.
