I have only got a 'handful'.
.
A few from, the "United States of America"; and, "England".
.
And, of course, a few from various States from "Down Under".
.
Mostly, Family and Friends; but, the odd one or two (Members of my, Ward; and/or, Stake); as, a "Temple and Family History, Consultant".
.
I do not wait, I am proactive; and, I sign them up when they are with me (Laptop, 'always on hand' ) - no escape then ...
.
I know that some "Temple and Family History, Consultants" have that many; but, ... 300, no way. They must be good ...

I am happy to know that there are people with a full consultant planner and that they will need to decide who to drop off their list. I can't imagine being able to help 300 people at a time.
I try to help people and then help them to find other people that can help them continue to progress. I love it when I see the people that I have helped reaching a new skill level and helping others.

Wow! I agree 300 is a lot! Please share your workload if you have that many people in your planner!
Quality vs Quantity!

Was there not a limit before? That’s still a lot of people.

Is there any way that the planner can get more streamlined? When I invite people, the invitation stays in the invited list when they are also in the accepted list. I have to go through the invited list and delete them manually.
Also, the lesson plans stay available when the person contact expires, which is great. The notes do not, however.
In addition, if the expired names will eventually be dropped off, we lose the lesson plans for them, right? So we best keep a printed file of the lesson plans completed, so as not to have them gone forever. They can be a great source for more research.
A hint for consultants; if you keep a personal record of those you help by recording user name and helper number, you may help as many as you want. User name and helper numbers are also a convenient way to help those who have difficulties with their email accounts. They do not have to respond to you in the email in order for you to help them. This will not give you access to the planner for them however, so lesson plans and notes are not included.

@Carole McIntyre, for people who have given you their username and helper number, you can indeed add them to the planner. Just start the "Add Someone" process in the planner and enter their name. Then in the next step when you are prompted to select a method for requesting access, choose "Enter a username". You can then enter the username and helper number and the person will be added to the Planner without having to respond to an email.
Then you can add lesson plans and have access to the other helpful tools in Helper Resources for them.

Alanis correct, I have added many this way (Username and 5-digit Helper #) and have always been able to then get ino their family tree to to use the planner to prepare and type up a short lesson plan for them tetc.
