Are there multiple baptism records in this entry?
I think this is a baptism for Johann Götsch in 1793 (his parents marry in 1792), but I’m confused by what looks like Quandten zwillinger? There are two other underlined names (Daniel Friedrich) and a daughter Dorothea Louise. I’m not sure if this is multiple babies of different parents (if so, which parents) or triplets?

Hello @ChristinaW8,
Unfortunately this is not the baptismal record for Johann Götsch.
This is the birth/baptismal record for a set of fraternal twins, one boy and one girl. The twins were born on 15 Mar 1793 and baptized on 22 Mar 1793.
The word "Quandten" is the twins' mother's maiden surname. Drop the "en" on the end of the surname and it becomes "Quandt". The mother's full name appears to be: L. Quandt.
Note that two of the baptismal sponsors for the little girl are named: Christian Quandt and Anna Sophia Quandten.
The two names and one word underlined in the record are the father "Johann Götsch", the male twin "Daniel Friedrich", and the word "Töchterl." = "Töchterlein" = little daughter, for the female twin whose name follows this word and is "Dorothea Louisa". Also note that the word "Zwillinge" = twins is underlined as is the word "Gebohren" = born at the beginning of the record.
Each twin is marked with a Roman numeral I. or II. Each twin's three baptismal sponsors are marked with Arabic numerals (1), (2) , and (3).

Hello @ChristinaW8,
Your question: So just double checking: Daniel Friedrich and Dorothea Louisa are fraternal twins with Johann Goetz as their father and ? Quandt is the mother?
The father, Johann Götsch, is identified as a local farmer and a local subject in this record. His wife is L. Quandt and is specifically identifed as his wife in this record. The twins are legitimate.
Your Johann Goetz and this Johann Götsch appear to be two distinct persons.

The Johann Goetz that I know was married the previous year to a Regina Gloxin. Is this saying he had kids out of wedlock or is the L. Quandt referred to as a wife? I did find the Johann Friedrich Goetz born to Johann Goetz and Regina in 1794 the next year, so I’m good that way. Does it have this Johann Goetz’ occupation?
