The short answer to your question is I think Lillvik, but that leaves me with other questions. What I normally do when I am unsure of a place name in a birth record is I go to the household examination for the time period that covers the birth year. So in this case I looked at volume AI:8a. If you look at image 4 in the Arkiv Digtial version (Ovansjö (X) AI:8a (1801-1807) Image 4 (AID: v136224.b4, NAD: SE/HLA/1010151), you see the place name register, and I just go down the list looking for names that appear to match the place name in the birth record. On the next page (image 5) the same list is typed, and you can see that Lillvik starts on page 137. So I usually go there, and just make sure that I can find the family listed in the birth record. In this case I was looking for Olof Persson and Lisa Ersdotter, with a daughter Carin born in 1800. Well, no such record that I can find. I searched for Carin or Karin born 1800-06-23 in Ovansjö . No hits. I also searched for an Olof Persson married to a Lisa Ersddotter, and for a Lisa Ersdotter married to an Olof Person in Ovansjö. Again nothing that matched that I could see (There is a pair with those names with a daughter Carin born in 1812, but they were very young (15 and 16 I think) in 1800. So I still think the place name in birth record is Lillvik, but that does not seem very helpful to me.

That is a mystery. If Lillvik is the right farm name and that is where the baby was born it seems the couple should be there somewhere in that community. If not, I'm still in the dark.
Thanks for your effort. If you have any other ideas what I can do to find this couple, please tell me.
