Please help reading and dating a parish book entry
Willum Jacobsen's two children, about 2 and 4 years old, are listed as deceased in 1743. Is this the correct entry? Can you translate it please?
The entries appear to not be consecutive. Some are numbered 31-34 across three pages. [Note 29 February 1743- can this be correct?] Is this 25 March 1743?

Thank you so much.

Interesting puzzle here! Please take the following with a grain of salt!
First off, I think the records are in chronological order. Only christenings are numbered. The person or persons who recorded all this used an interesting mix of Danish and Latin.
Here is what I see:
Dom 2 etter Epiphanican - 2 Sunday after Epiphany or 20 January 1743. - Introduction of Magrete, then listing I don't understand.
3dm Søndag etter Hellige 3 Kongens dag - 3rd Sunday after Epiphany or 27 January - Christening #31 for Jans.
Now is the 29 February entry. I think he meant to write 29 January - Christening #32. Parents and a bunch of witnesses/godparents are recorded, but no child that I can see!
Next is the entry you are interested in:
Maria ??? Dag. This has got to be Kyndelsmesse aka Praesentatio Domini aka Purificatio Mariæ which is February 2, not Maria Budskapsdag aka Annuntiatio Beatæ Mariæ Virginis which is March 25. That March date would be just too out of place.
Marie .... dag gudt. forret i ?K. Comm 22. jordfest. Villem Jacobsens ??? børn død af børnef.
February 2, services at ? church. At alter 22. Funeral of Villem Jacobsen's ??? child, died of childfever.
I wish I could read the word before child for you. Also, I don't see anything here that would indicate one child or two.
Next is the 4th Sunday after Epiphany or 3 February, another funeral
Finally on 5 February is Christening #33
Hopes this helps some.
