Understanding this move out record
Source Annerstad (G) BI:4 (1893-1899) Image 21. I am trying to understand this move out record (line 5 Amanda Wilh. Magnidr). Why would this record be crossed out? I assume the handwritten note explains - what does it say? (åtul??? Pl???) What does the abbreviation h.v.d. stand for?
Thanks for your help!

It appears that the entry is crossed out because she did not emigrate. The note above the date is "återlämnat attesten" which is "returned the (moving) certificate". She is in the following household record living with her father (he died in 1917) . That record is here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/80005340_00236#?c=&m=&s=&cv=235&xywh=371%2C-348%2C3030%2C2925.
The "h.v.d." is probably "hemmvist dotter" which means she is "living at home (unmarried)". If you look at other names in the moving records, you will see "h.v.s" (for boys) and "h.v.d." (for girls), so I am pretty sure that is correct.
