I don't know that you will ever prove parentage but there is only one Søren Rasmussen in the 1880 census for Lynge.

He was born 24 Jul 1844 in Skelby, Præsto and married a Marie Madsen from Bavelse, Præsto

They had a first son, Olaf, 29 July 1872 in Lynge

There are only 81 pages in the Lynge census for 1870

Why not plug your way through those and see if you can find Søren Rasmussen in proximity to Bolette Jensen?

I paged through the 1870 census for Lynge and did not find Søren Rasmussen.
