Im looking for 1880 census for "Dakota Territory", when i look for this in FS i only have the option to search North or South Dakota... anyone know any tricks to find "Dakota Territory"? Thank you :)

I can't see how to do it on FamilySearch, but on Ancestry you can. Would you like me to search for someone?

Actually, I looked at Ancestry again and realized that when you search the 1880 census for North and South Dakota on familySearch, you are searching the "Datkota territory" since they were not states yet. Does that help?
