I'm looking for a birth record for Gerrit van Leewen born about 1729 in Erichem, Gelderland.
My Dutch is non-existent, could you help me with the text of the last entry for 1729 on page 27, and the first entry for 1731 on page 28 of the NEDERDUITS GEREFORMEERDE GEMEENTE for 1694-1747 . Links and images below.

pg 27
last entry for 1729/1728
Please notice that the dates have been crossed out and 'corrected.' However, I think you want the entry that I translated because the people in question share your name. Is this correct?
The same day (11 September) a son of Teunis van Leeuwen: Gysbert

Thank you so much. This is wonderful. I'm pretty sure that Gysbert is Gerrit since Erichem is such a small place.

David, have a look at the website Geneanet
De Bommelerwaardse Boom, by Ron van Wijnen
https://gw.geneanet.org/vanwijnen28?lang=en&iz=18&p=evert+gijsberts&n=van+leeuwen
Ron has quite a lot of information about Gerrit van Leeuwen's ancestors.
going back to Gijsbert Everts van Leeuwen, born about 1655 in Echteld.
Apparently, the parents of Gerrit van Leeuwen are:
Evert Gijsberts van Leeuwen, and Maria van Echteld.
Evert was born on 19 March 1682 in Echteld, Neder-Betuwe, Gelderland.
This couple had at least 5 children, Magdalena, Hendrikje, Gijsbert , Gijsbertje,
and Gerrit van Leeuwen.
Gerrit was born about 1733 in Erichem, municipality of Buren, Gelderland

I'm trying to piece the van Leewen's story in Erichem as this is as far as we've gotten on the van Leeuwen line. There are some other van Leeuwen entries in the NEDERDUITS GEREFORMEERDE GEMEENTE that would be useful to know. There is also this entry in the NEDERLANDS HERVORMDE GEMEENTE 1645-1745 pg. 35. Could you translate this also?

Gijsbert and Gerrit are different names. Not sure if they would have called Gijsbert Gerrit!
In my opinion:
Gijsbert is shortened to Gijs, Bert
Gerhardus/Gerhard: Gerard, maybe also be Gerrit.
I could be wrong!

@hawnermieke1 hawnermieke1 , I'm just becoming acquainted with Geneanet. Are there documents attached to the people or would I need to go through and document the dates?

There are no documents attached to the people in this family tree.
It is a good start, but you will have to find them yourself on familysearch.org.
Another option is to contact Ron van Wijnen, and ask him which sources he used.
David, have a look at the following website, the "Historische Kring West-Betuwe".
It is in Dutch, but you can use Google to translate the pages.
They might be able to help you with your van Leeuwen ancestors.
They also have a facebook page:

Gerhardus/Gerhard: Gerard, maybe also be Gerrit.

David, I was born in Belgium (Flemish) same as Dutch. I am familiar with Family Search and found 10,642 of my own ancesters in Limburg and Antwerp, but this one is different.
The only thing I get is September? 1729 Fennis Van Leewen Father had a son named Gysbert, hope this will help,

After contacting Ron van Wijnen it turns out that they don't have any documentation for Gerrit so they corrected the entry on Geneanet. It is an interesting resource, and I look forward to collaborating on it: "we could not find his baptism en we are not sure about his parents . We made a correction

Hi frank and David,
I too was born in Flemish Belgium. Can I give this a try?
- Teunis (Antoine) Van Leeuwen had a son on 11 sept 1729 named Gysbert
- (?) Dirks, from Beetten(sp) and Anneke Van Leew had a daughter on 8 January 1731 named Hendrikje
Not 100% sure on all of this, but I hope it helps to narrow it down.
