Free Family History Classes and Webinars for August 2021
Free Family History Library webinars for August 2021 will expand your research horizons with international content. Topics include a Chinese beginner session, 寻根問祖帮助系列-如何閲讀和理解中文家譜 (How to Read and Understand Chinese Family Tree), Denmark Regional Series (Fyn, Vejle, Skanderborg, and Århus) Finnish tax records, German Ortsfamilienbücher/Ortssippenbücher (Local Family Books), Nordic Names, Norway Court Records, Portuguese Immigration to the United States, a Spansh language session entitled Los registros históricos, el catálogo o las imágenes de FamilySearch, ¿cuál elijo para encontrar a mis antepasados? (Historical records, catalog, or FamilySearch images, which one do I choose to find my ancestors?), and US Territorial and State Censuses.
For anyone new to FamilySearch, an Overview, the Catalog, the Research Process, Descendancy Research, Finding Elusive Records (in the US), Navigation,/Standardization of data entry, and Attaching Sources classes are also offered.
