Find wife but not husband on birth record

I found Lotto Lovisa Karlquist on this record for Sven's birth. Why is Lars Wickman mentioned? Is her husband not the father?

Your record is saying that Sven is the illegitimate son of "wife Lotta Lovisa Carlqvist", (she) indulged with farmer Lars Wickman who she confessed/stated (was the father). Even though the record calls her "wife", she was not the wife of Lars Wickman.
