In the town of Opatowiec, on the first/thirteenth of March 1872 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, appeared Wincenty Osieki, peasant colonist, living in the village of Mistrzowice, and thirty years old; in the presence of Stanislaw Cyrzynski, forty-two years old and Jan Maletz, thirty-six years old, both peasant colonists living in Mistrzowice, and showed us a female child and testified that she was born today in Mistrzowice. She was born of his lawful wife Jadwiga nee Polterak, who was thirty-two years old. The child was baptized and given the name of Josefa. The godparents were Josef Polterak from Krolewice and Ekaterina Maletzeva, resident of Mistrzowice. After confirmation, this act was read and signed on behalf of the witnesses.
