The column headings are:

• Number
• The reported death day
• Burial date
• The deceased's full name and position
• Age
• Residence
• If died of a contagious sickness and if so which, or by an unfortunate occurence

Line 162 says:

• 162
• 30 October
• 7 November
• Wife Ingebor Berg
• 66
• Dronningensgade (pretty sure this is it after finding a few other instances of this and digging in the 1865 census for Trondheim)
• (Can't figure out the cause of death)
