Help in Translating portion of Danish Birth record

I'd love your help on deciphering the words that come after Jens Andersen Overgaard (the father). I know the mother is Maren Christensdatter, but I'm not understanding what Niels Bak is to Jens Jensen. Also, in the witness column, I love help with the words after Daniels and before Niels. Thanks again for all your help in deciphering these records!

Hi Julie, the word after Overgaard is indsidder, a renter with Niels Bak. Enke is the word after Daniels, meaning widower from Øster Børsting (a village in Smollerup).

It reads: Jens Andersen [born 15 December 1821] Christened 10 February 1822 Jens Andersen Overgaard [the father] a renter at Niels Bak in Thorninge [mother] Maren Christensdatter . [Godfather godmother] Daniel's widow from Østre ..., Niels Back, Jacob Jensen of Thorning and Anders Overgard in Ungstrup.
