I'm having difficulty with my posts disappearing. Parents are Jens Jøssen Knak and Johanne Maarsdatter. The census is probably an error for Johanne's last name.

I believe the parents are Jens Jossen Knak and Johanne Maarsdatter. This man and his children are seen in this 1787 census. The wife shown does not match so further study is needed to determine if it is an error or he has a new wife. This christening for Jøs clearly shows Johanne Maarsdatter.
