Could someone translate this birth/christening record #104. I'm hoping it is for Kasimir Siderewicz.

After emigrating, he changed his name to Charles Sideravage, then Charles Sedar. He settle in Windsor Locks, CT around 1921. I'm looking for his parents and siblings.

I actually got this one translated elsewhere, but I have records that I'm hoping are for his siblings. I'll try to attach them here.

I'm hoping the parents are Antanas Sidaravičius and Ieva nee Butkutė. They would have been born in the Gystėnai village  and baptised in the church in Velonius. Any help would be appreciated.
