Trying to find further information past Grandparents who came from Poland. Was able to find ship and dates of when Grandfather came to this country but nothing on his parents other than first names. Hit brick wall with both of them. Found their marriage license from here (my Grandparents) Have social security numbers and death certificates but stumped.

Hi Barbara, have you ordered their Social Security applications? Typically they will include the names of their parents and where they are from which will help you in Poland. Do you need to know how to do this? Here's a great article that tells you how to do this and what to order. https://www.legalgenealogist.com/2020/11/16/ordering-the-ss-5-2020-style/
SSA-711 is the form you will want to fill out. I love this though because you will be able to see their parents.

Thank you! Will give that a try. As mentioned I have their Social Security numbers but didn't know how to get the applications. Was told I could also possibly get their parents name from marriage certificates but was unable to find them that way although I did have their marriage information.

The applications will tell you the parents names for sure. Just kind of expensive, but worth it.
