Here is a video on How to Locate Classes on FamilySearch's Learning Center. These are recorded classes. There are about 1800 classes to choose from, yet you cannot search by topic on this FamilySearch Wiki page. Hope this helps enable you to search for recorded classes on FamilySearch.

You can also use Help> Learning Center. Make sure it's on Lessons under the search bar and then search. I got 21 hits for Netherlands and of course related classes show up. I really wish they had not taken away the categories section that used to be there on the left but the search works pretty well.
