Help with Danish probate record

I would love some help with the probate record of Niels Christensen Møller

that starts at the top of the right side of the page here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-99WZ-B6VX?from=lynx1UIV8&treeref=LCT5-LMP&i=213 .

I can see that his widow was Maren Pedersdatter. I can see the 4 sons and 3 daughters listed and their ages.

Then there are some other people named, and I'm interested in who these people are and if it says how they are related if at all.

It starts with the date of the proceeding (Dec. 14, 1763) the authorities overseeing this estate inventory, under authority of Willum Berregaard to Stamhuuses Kiølbyegaard Weslesgaard and Borrebye Huus and his representative Peder Thorum of Kiølbyegaard with 2 men Christen Pedersen and Christen Simonsen both of Klau under Klaus Mølle on Kiølbyegaards estates to hold a legal assessment of the deceased Niels Christensen Møllers house belongings immediately after (his) death on 9 November this year was recorded everything to later division and … between the surviving widow Maren Pedersdatter on the one (side) and their conceived together children namely 4 sons: Christen Nielsen 15 years, Peder Nielsen 6 years, Anders Nielsen 5 years, and Jesper Nielsen 1 year old, along with 3 daughters: Anne Nielsdatter 14 years, Karen Nielsdatter 13 years, and Maren Kirstine Nielsdatter 10 years old on the other side. As guardian for these children not of legal age was ?? their ??sta Paa?øvende paa fæderer side (few words I don’t understand but I think they are from the deceased fathers side. Maybe #Tanner Blair Tolman or #Charlotte Noelle Champenois would understand). Anyway.. it continues namely Christen Bøyer of Hiardemaal (Hjardemål) parish (on a farm) Klitt, as guardian for the oldest son and oldest daughter Christen Nielsen and Anne Nielsdatter, Christen Thomasen of Østrild. As guardian for Peder and Anders Nielssønner, Thomas Thomasen of Hiardemaal, as guardian for Jesper Nielsens and the 2 youngest female children Karen and Maren Kirstine Nielsdatter. And was for the widows (right) Laugværge? Peder Henrichsen af Broe? Mølle their… carried out as follows:
