Your sister will need Ancestry or FindMyFast. Both are search engines with access to English parish records, census returns etc. I favour FindMyPast. I have written some notes on researching English records. She is welcome to a copy.

@EcclesVicki1 EcclesVicki1 You might also refer her to the FamilySearch Research Wiki. It's a marvelous resource. Specifically, there is a page of just the parishes in England listed by county. From this page it then further subdivides within each county:
https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/England_Parishes
If she can get to a Family History Center, she'll be able to search the paid Partner web sites such as Ancestry and FindMyPast (and others) for free. But if she is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints she can also get free access to each of the Partner sites from home. An article describing how to do that is found at:

FYI
.
Some of the Records for Parishes for England are, both, "Indexed" and "Imaged" (ie. Digitised); and, on-line in 'FamilySearch'.
.
Whereas, some Records for Parishes for England have been, both, "Indexed" and "Imaged" (ie. Digitised); BUT, only the "Indexes" are on-line in 'FamilySearch', not the "Images" - due to "Restrictions" by Record "Custodians'.
.
Furthermore, some Records for Parishes for England have been, both, "Indexed" and "Imaged" (ie. Digitised); BUT, are NOT on-line in 'FamilySearch' (neither, the "index"; or, the "Images") - due to "Restrictions" by Record "Custodians'.
.
Then again, some Records for Parishes for England have been "Filmed" (by the Church); BUT, have NOT yet been "Indexed" and/or "Imaged" (ie. Digitised); and, thus are NOT on-line in 'FamilySearch' (neither, the "index"; or, the "Images") - BUT, even if they were "Filmed", they still may be subject to "Restrictions" by Record "Custodians'.
.
Finally, some Records for Parishes for England may NOT have been "Filmed" (by the Church) [ as, the Church just has just NOT got to that Parish yet ]; and, therefore, NOT on-line in 'FamilySearch' - And, they may have NOT been "Filmed"; as, the filming was refused/denied by the Record "Custodian"; BUT, even if they are "Filmed", they still may be subject to "Restrictions" by Record "Custodians'.
.
And ...
.
As 'Mervyn' has already proffered, I have also found MANY records for Parishes in England in "FindMyPast.co.uk" [ FindMyPast.com ]; as well as, in "Ancestry.com"; and, "MyHeritage, com".
.
Plus, there are always other 'on-line' website like:
.
FreeREG
.
Forebears
.
Parish Registers [ UK ]
https://parishregister.co.uk/online
.
DustyDocs
England Parish Registers On-Line
.
UKBDM UK
Websites for Parish Registers and Bishops' Transcripts.
https://www.ukbmd.org.uk/parish
.
And ...
.
As 'Chis' has also already proffered, the 'FamilySearch' "Wiki" is a great place to look ...
.
eg.
.
England Church Records
https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/England_Church_Records
.
Finally ...
.
Not to forget the various collections in 'FamilySearch' ...
.
Try Searching the 'FamilySearch' "Catalogue"
.
https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&placeId=77&query=+place:England
.
England - Church records - Indexes - Handbooks, manuals, etc. ( 2 )
England - Church records - Indexes - Inventories, registers, catalogs ( 6 )
England - Church records - Inventories, registers, catalogs ( 57 )
.
eg.
.
Just searching for Devon
.
.
And, then down to this collection ...
.
England, Devon, Parish Registers, 1538-1912
https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/1804330
.
------------------
.
It really all depends on WHAT "Parish" you are searching for ...

.
Just my thoughts.
