Anyone here use this program if so can someone help me sort through the matches?

I thought I knew how some of it worked but now more confused when I look at some that say we share no DNA

 

I have watched some of their how to videos but it is just too confusing for this old lady 😁

Good question! @Genetic Genealogy Research​ Is there anyone here who is familiar with this program? Or, @Lynda Hill2​ is there something particularly confusing about the program?

well they give you a lot of names & supposed connections to your DNA but when I do the one to one Comparison

they say NO SHARED DNA SEGMENTS FOUND on several of the matches

I just wondered if someone could tell my what I should be looking for ?

Their forums are very quiet as well
