I could NOT find a "Marriage" [ from 1850 to 1885 ] for a "John ROBINSON" and a "Sarah Anne SCARGELL" (or, the like) in Lincolnshire, England.

[ Or, for that matter anywhere else in 'England and Wales' ].
And, neither, did I find a "Birth" for "Sarah Anne SCARGELL" (or, the like).

And, I did try variant spellings of the 'Family Name'/'Surname'
.
Just a thought ...

Perhaps, the 'Family Name'/'Surname' of "SCARGELL" was a previous "Married" name of "Sarah Anne"
[ ie. her actual "Maiden" 'Family Name'/'Surname' being something different. ]

1851 - Living at Binbrook, Lincolnshire.
Samuel 45years a Bricklayer.
Mary 44yrs , Hannah aged 6yrs, SARAH aged 5yrs, Jane aged 2yrs.
1861 - Stilll living in Binbrook with her parents. SARAH is 14 years old, Jane 12yrs and Samuel 10 yrs. (Hannah not on census).
1871 Sarah has married John Robinson and is living in Tetney, Lincolnshire. John is 33 and a Potato Merchant, Sarah is 25yrs, their children are George 4 yrs, Ada 2yrs and William 1 month.
1881 - John and Sarah are living in a Private house at North End, Tetney. John is recorded as being a Market Gardener. Thre are to further children Gilbert 10 years and Annie 6 years. Also living with them is Johns father John 75yrs Widower.
1891 Sarah still living in Tetley she is a Widow living on her own means. Living with her are her daughter Annie 16yeras. They have two boarders Orlinda and Lily Coverdale 11 and 6 yrs born Hull.
Sarah remarried in 1891 to a Michael Webster at Caistor, Lincolnshire.
IN the 1901 census - She and her husband are living at 40 Tarra Road, Cleethorpes, Grimsby. Michael is 64 and Sarah is 54 yrs old. His occupation is a ------- Proprietor.
Sarah died in Grimsby aged 55 years.
The surname alters between Scargill and Scargell on the censuses.

If Sarah Ann was born after July 1837 she should likely have a birth certificate. A great site to search is https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp because you can search using the mother's maiden name of Ingham or Jacklin. You can search the same site for death certificate as it may give the age of death and you can determine if it is your Sarah Anne Robinson or not. You can also search for a possible probate record at https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2451051. You should be able to find her on the 1881 England Census with her husband John Robinson as well as on the 1871 England Census. I am assuming it may be a little difficult because of her common name, that's where the locality will be critical to know.
