This book contains name lists transcribed from the 1828 land census of Hungary's constituent counties at that time. Townships are arranged alphabetically. According to the FamilySearch Catalog, volume 19, which you linked to, is for the county of Zemplen. Images 23-27 of the book lists the page numbers people from each city are listed on, so if you have an ancestor from the county of Zemplen who would've been in the 1828 census and you know the exact town he or she was living in, you would turn to that town and then look for the ancestor's name; it's purely a list of names, with no relationships nor ages listed, although repeated surnames within a single city indicate a potential family relationship.

As Charlotte wrote, it's a partial index to the 1828 property census.
The images for the 1828 census are also on FS: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/231564
Note that it's a four-page catalog entry. It's mostly in alphabetical order, first by county, then by place, except that the regions which weren't counties yet in 1828 (such as the Kiskunság) are toward the end, followed by the major cities, and then by the southern counties (Croatia). Also, some (but not all) of the counties are in Latin, and therefore alphabetized in Latin (such as Castriferri = Vas), and some (but not all) of the placenames are likewise translated (such as Strigonium = Esztergom). And then there are the neither-fish-nor-fowl things like "Felső-Schücz" for Felsőlövő (Oberschützen)... (Ask me how I know that one.)

Thank you for all the good info. Since some of my ancestors were in Zemplen County, I will definitely take a closer look.

Georg[ius] Uhrin and Mich[ael] Uhrin's widow were property owners in Laborczvolya.

Well, well how fascinating and thank you for sharing, Julia. It's amazing what I just kinda stumble upon, and wonder if its part of my story. One of them has got to be the father of Joannes, my GGGrandfather.
Thanks, Julia and any way to find out the spouses name? 😃
Oooh, I just went back a page and found this, what does it mean?

That's the "bookmark" page on the microfilm marking the start of the enumeration sheets for Laborcz-Volya. I used it to find the page with George and Michael. (The bookmark pages are recognizable -- though not readable -- even in thumbnail view.)
Note that the census had two pages for each list of names: if you page forward to image 488, you can see how many cows and pigs and chickens (I think) your George and Michael had.
Unfortunately, I don't know a good way to figure out the spouse's name. The census did not record them anywhere.
