How can I keep trace of registers I go trough in an efficient way?
Sometimes I have problems in keeping trace about the registers I analyze for a person, so I'm sure I go through the same register two times. I use a paper where I wrote the registers I saw, but sometimes I forget to write something and in this way I put a lot of time in writing information I could even lose. Which is the best method I can follow? Are there functionalities in FS tree I can use for that or even other softwares? Many thanks!

FamilySearch Family Tree does not inherently have a research log in it. Many of the third-party programs listed on the Family Tree Management section of the Solutions Gallery do have Research Logs incorporated in their systems.
There are many printable research logs available online (do a google search for 'genealogy research log')
One other option is to use the little known 'To Do List' on FamilySearch's landing page.
Some folks use a note program like Evernote or OneNote.
One other option (my preferred method) is to create a digital Research Log in Excel based off of one or more of the printable Research Logs that you've seen. I keep one sheet in my Excel file to tell me what I looked for each time I searched through that set of records with a separate sheet for each iteration. When I get through with all of the different searches, I can easily create one last sheet of all the searches combined that I can sort any way I want to find all the different pieces of information and log to my tree.

Dear @Anne LoForte Willson many thanks for your suggestions! I'll go trough the third-party programs and Google for other alternatives. Also Excel is a good suggestion even if I would prefer a "on line" solution. Many thanks! Regards

I didn't know Google sheets but if it is similar to Excel it could be really the best solution for me. Thank you for your availability and patience! Regards
