Translation of a word in Household Record and Birth record translation help needed.

Does the word above Nils Jansson's name describe him as brother-in-law to his new wife Cajsa (at bottom of record)? Stora Mellösa, Örebro, A1: 15a,1826-1830,p. 251.

The date of the birth record below does not agree to Household Records, so am I reading it correctly that it is for Nils, son of Olof Persson from Täby? Or is Olof's name not Persson? (Stora Mellösa,Örebro, C: 1,1660-1684, image 22).
