It says : 20/2/1861 certificate to Tungsbacka
I am not sure about that place. Could you provide a parish and years, please.

So sorry... I meant to include the information (Rydaholm (Jönköping, Sweden), A1: 17, 1861-1866, p. 46). I thought it looked like it was referring to a place, but to me it did not match anything on the list at https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Rydaholm_Parish,_J%C3%B6nk%C3%B6ping,_Sweden_Genealogy
Thank you!

I found the entry at Rydaholm (F) AI:17 (1861-1866) Image 56 / Page 46. The comment is in the character and particular notes column. I think it reads: On 20 February 1861 (was issued) a certificate to Kungsbacka. I can see why Heidi thought it was a T but I couldn't find a Tungsbacka and there are a few Kungsbacka's. One in Askome (Halland County), Tölö (Halland County), Kvänum (Skaraborg) and the largest one just south of Göteborg City.
Please include the source citations when posting.

Yes, it is definitely Kungsbacka. With only provided image which I could not get bigger enough, I read wrong that place.
I would say that it means Kungsbacka, Halland, Sweden (parish) not some village in other parish because these certificates were given for doing something is other parish area (e.g. moving, marrying, travelling).
I do not think Sven moved to Kungsbacka because notation is not in moving out column. The certificate was given him to do something else in Kungsbacka.

Thank you to both of you, Morrris Geoffrey Fröberg and Heidi Kuosmanen. I will try better/remember to include source citations when posting!
