The record you've attached is his declaration of intention, which was filed in 1918 and states that Joseph Borovich was born in Predor [likely Prijedor], Bosnia, on 10 Jan 1888 and that he arrived at the Philadelphia port of entry from Bremen on 10 June 1913 [sic; see below]. He is married to Simica, who was born in Pnikve [likely Ponikve; see linked], Croatia.
If the smaller certificate of arrival overlaying this document is his, then he is listed as having arrived via the vessel Koln under the name Govo Borojevic on 11 July 1913.
The very next image (linked and attached) is his petition for naturalization. The petition adds that he left from Bremen on 10 May 1913 and clarifies that the date of arrival was 11 July 1913, which means the certificate of arrival is his. This means that the name he must've gone by in his hometown is Govo Borojevic.
If the hometown is Prijedor, FamilySearch unfortunately only has one collection for that town, and it's of children's deaths. The records you are looking for are likely not online, so you will need to write to an archive or parish in order to obtain the records. To determine where to write to for church records, look at the "Writing for Records" section of the FamilySearch Wiki "Bosnia and Herzegovina Church Records" page (linked). According to the Google map link in the first section, the closest churches to Prijedor are the St. George Orthodox church and the Christ the Savior Orthodox Cathedral.
Just in case there are any of these U.S. records you don't already have: According to his 11 June 1961 death record (linked), Joseph was married to Susan Vignovich and was the son of John Borovich. His gravestone is located in Union Cemetery, Steubenville, Jefferson Co., OH. His family listing in the 1840 U.S. census shows that he must have come to the U.S. before 1916 for his son Pete to be born in West Virginia, which fits with the information in the naturalization document.
