Yup:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-DZR9-V8H?i=1721
I found it by searching the catalog for the city of Philadelphia, which led to "Affidavit of applicant for marriage license (Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania), 1885-1915; index, 1885-1916"
https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/217392
This is handily organized according to license number; I found the film labeled "Marriage licenses no. 23900-24499 1889" (DGS 4287211), clicked the camera, and poked around a little until I found 24428, on images 1721 to 1723.

Good work, Julia!!!!!! 😃 Could this be my George Uhrin/Ohren and Mrs. Mary Uhrin? Can you view the December 28th entry. ie - Jensear, Jencso, Jecesco, Fencso hoping that one of those are the correct spelling.
thanks

(How do people zoom in on images on this forum? The only way I've found is to download the attachment and use a photo viewer, which is not exactly convenient.)
Dec. 28, 1889. Bapt. Mariam, natam 22de inst de Gerogio[sic] Uhrin et Maria Jenscar; spons.: Gerogio[sic] Bukovski et Elizabetha Lapohusska. Josephus O'dwyer.
(Similarly looped 'c' for example in Fransciscum in the entry above and Franscisco in the entry below.)
Dec. 28, 1889. Baptised: Maria, born the 22nd of this month to George Uhrin and Maria Jenscar; godparents: George Bukovski and Elizabeth Lapohusska. [Officiant:] Joseph O'Dwyer.
I think the surname is Jancsár "janissary". Confusion about the ordering of Hungarian digraphs (such as cs, sz, zs) was common among immigrants, especially the bi- or tri-lingual but barely-literate ones, and the priest was Irish, so he would've had no clue.

Julia, Thank you so much on your super sleuthing skills on translating those two documents !!!! I need to take a closer look again at those Slovakia Church records for Anna and Maria again. If she is my Mrs Mary Ohren, then I wonder what happened to this child after her birth.
Again, GREAT JOB
