I've used a "*" to indicate an unreadable part.
Baptism of Joosijne: 5 is gedopt t kindt Prs Van Slambrouck en (Jassine corrected to Janne) Vandorpe ge*t Joosijne, peter * VanSlambroucke, meter Joosijnne Belaen.
Baptism of Joos: 8 is gedopt t kindt * Vanslambrouck en Christine Naert ge*t Joos, peter Joos Naert, meter Elisabet Vanslambrouck
The unreadable godfather in the first seems to be the same as the unreadable father in the second.

Thanks Thiebout, for answering this question! I have been working on it, since it had been there a couple of days, but I am out of practice with that old script and had to get up to speed first.
My contributions to this: Baptism of Joosijne: "Prs" = Petrus [Pieter]. I read {his wife's name as "Janne or Janna van Dorpe, and the male godparent as Christiaen
Baptism of Joos: father Christiaen .
I figured these out by studying the index on DGS 008413545 images 245 and 246 for VanSlambrouck and 182 for Slambrouck and looking at some corresponding images. I especially had trouble wit "Prs", which I figured had to be some form of "Peter", but I wanted to confirm it. The index uses "Petrus" for children with that name.
In the process I also looked at another child
Image 162 30 May 1661 christened the child of Christiaen van Slambrouck and Christina Naert called Pr [Petrus] , godparents Pr Brundde[ ??] and Mayke De Bal . I question my interpretation of the male godparent's name.
Another thing that may help is this marriage index database that includes Ingelmunster for that time period http://genealo.kortrijkse.free.fr/bases_resultats.php?nomfamille=slambrouck&contient_n=Y&prenom=&contient_p=Y&sexe=M
I found the index here https://geneaknowhow.net/digi/bronnen.html
