Hmm, I'm not sure about the first 1 or 2 letters. Looks to me like it may start with K, R, B, or possibly St or Ne. And the rest looks like _schilschlitz or _schitschlitz. The first letter or two is a little harder to be sure of, especially since there isn't a lot of other writing by the person who added this note to compare it with. (And I have ancestors from a town called Merzlitz which is frequently also spelled Merschlitz, so it may also be worth searching for your town spelling with a "z" or "s" substituted for "sch").
I took a look on Meyers Orts Gazeteer to see if I could find any possible matches in Germany and I didn't find any that look like a perfect match, but I did find a few possibilities that might be worth checking out: Kötzschlitz, Schesslitz, Schüsslitz, Seusslitz, Neuseusslitz, & Weissnausslitz. (It would be helpful to know where this record is from, to see if any of these possibilities might be in the same general area or not). I also searched the Austrian/Czech/Slovak/Slovenian Republic Gazeteer on www.genteam.at, but I didn't have any luck finding possibilities there.
Sorry I wasn't able to narrow it down more for you. Hope this may be at least a little helpful. 😊
