When I go to the link below, I have Google translate the page into English. On items 4, and 6 to 9 Google translates the content as “Tom, what are you doing here?”.
I am wondering, “Is that a correct translation?”

The "Tom." I believe is the tome, or book. When I right-click on the page and click "Translate to English," I see the version shown in the image below, which identifes item 4 as deaths, item 6 as births, and item 9 as having the original foliation. The previous column is much clearer because it doesn't need to be translated; just look at the symbols (explained below) to know what records are included:
